Event & Campaign Print

Print that shows up on time, on brand, and on brief.

Exhibition stands, point of sale, campaign collateral, direct mail, specified and managed by people who’ve done it hundreds of times.

You’ve got an event in six weeks and a lot riding on it.

You need a stand that doesn’t look like it was designed by your intern. Banners that survive three days of foot traffic. Brochures that people actually pick up and keep. Point of sale that works in-store, not just in a mockup.

And you need all of it designed, produced, delivered to the right venue, at the right time, in the right quantities. You’ve done this before, you know how many ways it can go wrong.

The difference between print that works and print that gets left under a table isn’t the design. It’s the specification. Paper weight, coating, binding method, substrate, finishing, all the decisions that get made before anything goes near a press. Get those wrong and it doesn’t matter how good the artwork is.

We don’t just print it. We specify it.

Anyone can send a PDF to a printer. We choose the printer based on what the job needs, litho, digital, large format, specialist finishing, and we specify every detail based on how the piece will be used, handled, displayed, and disposed of.

Exhibition and event materials

Pull-up banners, shell scheme graphics, custom-built stands, table displays, floor graphics, window vinyls. We design for the space, not just the page. We know what substrates hold up under exhibition lighting, which finishes catch the eye from a distance, and which stand systems are worth the money.

Point of sale and point of purchase

Counter displays, shelf wobblers, dump bins, hanging signs, window graphics. We design POS that works in the environment it’s going into, not in a vacuum. Material choice matters: it needs to be durable enough for the campaign length, lightweight enough for retail staff to set up, and impactful enough to do its job.

Brochures, catalogues, and campaign collateral

From a folded leaflet to a 200-page perfect-bound catalogue. We specify stock, finish, binding method, and print process based on the purpose; a brochure that goes in a delegate pack has different requirements to one that goes through a letterbox or sits on a counter for six months.

Direct Mail

Design, print, personalisation, fulfilment, and distribution. We manage the entire production chain so you get one quote, one timeline, and one point of contact; not a designer, a printer, a data house, and a mailing company all pointing at each other.

Large format and signage

Hoarding, building wraps, vehicle graphics, wayfinding, A-boards, site signage. We specify materials based on location, exposure, lifespan, and installation method, because a banner that’s going outside for six months needs a very different conversation to one that’s going inside for a weekend.

FAQ’s

Questions we get asked

Can you handle delivery to multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-drop delivery across the UK is something we manage regularly — whether that’s branches, retail locations, or event venues. We coordinate quantities, packaging, and timing so the right materials arrive at the right place.
What’s the turnaround on exhibition materials?
It depends on the job, but most exhibition work runs on a 3–4 week production cycle from approved artwork. Tighter deadlines are possible — we’ll always be upfront about what’s realistic and what’s a risk.
Do you design as well as print, or just print?
Both. Most of our print clients come to us for the full service — design, artwork, specification, and production. But if you’ve got finished artw
What’s the difference between specifying print and just ordering it?
Specification means choosing the right stock, weight, finish, binding, and print method based on the purpose of the piece — not just what’s cheapest or what the printer defaults to. It’s the difference between a brochure that feels right in someone’s hands and one that feels like a takeaway menu.
Can you manage the whole campaign from design through to distribution?
Yes. That’s what we do. One brief, one team, one set of deadlines. We don’t hand off to third parties and hope for the best — we manage the full production chain and we’re accountable for all of it.
Do you handle eco-friendly or sustainable print?
We specify FSC-certified stocks as standard where appropriate and can advise on recyclable materials, vegetable-based inks, and reduced-waste production methods. We work with printers holding FSC certification and meet ISO 14001 environmental standards.
