Campaign Merchandise

Merchandise that people keep. Not merchandise that fills a skip.

Branded products specified, sourced, and delivered. From one-off events to ongoing programmes.

You’ve ordered merch before. It wasn’t great.

The pens didn’t work. The colours were off. The t-shirts arrived in a shade of blue that was closer to bruise than navy. Half of it turned up late and the other half is still in a cupboard somewhere because nobody, in the history of business, has ever been excited to receive a stress ball with a pixelated logo on it.

The thing about promotional products is they seem simple. Pick something from a catalogue, add a logo, job done. Except the logo gets printed using the wrong method and peels off after a week. The colour looks nothing like your brand because nobody specified a Pantone match. The product itself is so cheap that it falls apart before the event is over and now your brand is associated with a broken pen and a bag that ripped on the way to the car park.

We treat merchandise as a production job, not a catalogue order. Same discipline we apply to print. Specify the right product, the right decoration method, the right materials, sample it, approve it, then produce it. Boring? Maybe. But your logo won’t fall off.

How we do it.

We start with the purpose, not the product.

What’s the merch for? A conference delegate pack? An employee welcome kit? A customer thank-you? A trade show giveaway? Each of those has completely different requirements. A delegate pack item needs to be useful during the event. A client gift needs to feel premium. A giveaway needs to be memorable enough to keep but affordable enough to hand out by the hundred. We work backwards from what the item needs to do, not forwards from page 47 of a catalogue.

We specify the decoration method.

Screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, laser engraving, debossing, sublimation, pad print. Each produces a different result on a different material. Embroidery on a polo shirt looks and lasts completely differently to a heat transfer. A debossed logo on a leather notebook is a different universe to a printed one. We’ve seen the finest bit of debossing in 30+ years of business and we know what it takes to get there. We choose the method based on the product, the material, and the result you want. Not whatever the supplier defaults to because it’s Tuesday.

We colour match.

Your Pantone is your Pantone. We match across substrates so your brand looks right whether it’s on a cotton hoodie, a ceramic mug, a metal pen, or a canvas bag. You’d be genuinely amazed how many suppliers treat this as optional. We don’t.

We sample before we produce.

Before a full run goes into production, you see and approve a physical sample. If the colour’s not right, or the position’s off, or the product isn’t what you expected, we fix it before 500 of them arrive on a pallet and ruin your morning.

We handle storage, kitting, and distribution.

If you need merchandise stored, assembled into kits, packed into boxes, and shipped to multiple locations or direct to someone’s front door, we manage all of it. One order, one invoice, one person to call when you inevitably change the quantities at the last minute.

FAQ’s

Questions we get asked

Can you source custom or bespoke items, not just catalogue products?

Yes. If a standard product fits the brief, we’ll use it. No point reinventing the wheel. But if you want something bespoke, a custom shape, a specific material, a product that doesn’t exist in a catalogue, we can source and produce it. We’ve got suppliers for the weird stuff.

How do you make sure the colours match our brand?

We Pantone match across every product and decoration method. If a particular substrate can’t hold an exact match (some plastics, some fabrics), we’ll tell you upfront and show you the closest achievable result on a sample before anything goes into production.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

Depends on the product and method. Some items run from as few as 25 units. Others, especially bespoke or custom-manufactured items, have higher minimums. We’ll always be clear about quantities and unit pricing before you commit to anything.

Can you handle storage and distribution?

Yes. We store, kit, and distribute regularly. Whether that’s sending 50 delegate packs to a conference venue, fulfilling ongoing orders from a central stock, or shipping individual items to home addresses. We manage it so you don’t have to find a warehouse and a label printer.

What are the options for sustainable or eco-friendly merch?

The range has improved massively. Recycled materials, organic cotton, bamboo, reclaimed ocean plastic, biodegradable packaging. And the quality is actually good now, not the rough eco-products of five years ago that felt like wearing a hessian sack. We can guide you toward options that are properly sustainable, not just greenwashed.

How far in advance do we need to order for an event?

Standard production is 3 to 4 weeks from approved artwork and samples. Custom or bespoke items take longer, sometimes 8 to 10 weeks depending on complexity. If you’re in a rush, we’ll tell you what’s achievable. We’d rather be honest than promise a miracle and deliver a disaster.

Can you produce different items that all look like they belong together?

That’s the whole point. When we manage a merch programme, everything uses the same colour matching, the same brand application rules, and the same quality standard. The hoodie, the notebook, the bag, the pen. It looks like a brand, not a lucky dip.

Do you handle clothing sizing and individual orders?

We can manage individual sizing for workwear and clothing orders. Size surveys, collation, individual labelling. If you need ongoing stock replenishment for new starters or replacements, we can set that up as a managed programme so you’re not ringing us every time someone joins.

What’s the difference between you and an online merch shop?

An online shop lets you upload a logo and pick from a catalogue. We specify the right product, the right decoration method, colour match to your brand, sample it, approve it, and manage production. The difference is in the output. And in who picks up the phone when something’s not right.

Can you help us decide what to order?

Absolutely. Most projects start with “we need merch for this thing” and we work with you to figure out what products, quantities, and budget make sense for the audience and the occasion. We’ll suggest things you haven’t thought of and steer you away from things that won’t land. Like stress balls. Please. Not stress balls.
