Your brand and your website. One team. One vision. Done.

Brand and website design that match… without managing three suppliers and a prayer.

The problem this solves

You’ve got a logo from 2014 and a website that doesn’t match it.

Your brand says one thing. Your website says another. Your business cards came from one designer, your site from another, and nobody’s spoken to each other since. Every time you need something new, a pull-up banner, a LinkedIn graphic, a brochure, it’s a negotiation between three sets of files that don’t quite line up.

Or you’re starting fresh. New business, new direction, new everything. You’ve been quoted separately by a brand agency and a web agency and the numbers are eye-watering before you’ve even thought about print.

Either way, the problem is the same: your brand doesn’t feel like one thing yet.

How rtfacts does this differently

Same people. Same thinking. No handover gap.

The people who design your logo are the people who build your website. That’s not a nice-to-have, it’s the difference between a brand that holds together across every format and one that slowly drifts apart the moment it leaves the guidelines PDF.

Here’s what actually happens:

brand and website design

Discovery and strategy

We sit down with you. Not a questionnaire: an actual conversation about what your business does, who it’s for, what you want people to feel when they encounter it, and what’s not working right now. This is where the brand starts, not in Illustrator.

Visual identity

Logo, colour palette, typography, brand voice. The full system, not just a mark. We design it knowing it needs to work on a website header, a van livery, an Instagram grid, and a business card, because we’re the ones who’ll be producing all of those.

Website design and build

Designed from your brand, not adapted to fit it afterwards. Built on a CMS you can actually update yourself without calling us every time you want to change a phone number. Responsive, functional, and built to do a job; not just look good in a portfolio.

Everything else that matches

Business cards, letterheads, social templates, signage, presentation decks, whatever you need to launch or relaunch with. All from the same source files, all consistent, all done.

FAQ’s

The Questions we get asked

What’s the difference between getting brand and web done separately versus together?
Cost, consistency, and sanity. When one team does both, the brand decisions flow straight into the web build without a briefing gap. You’re not paying two agencies to interpret each other’s work. And when you need something new six months later — a banner, a brochure, an email template — it all comes from one set of files.
Do I own the brand and website design at the end?
Yes. Logo files, brand guidelines, website, the lot. On receipt of final payment, it’s yours. We don’t hold assets hostage or charge you to access your own logo.
Can you work with a brand we already have and just build the site?
Absolutely. If your brand identity is solid and just needs a website to match, we’ll work from your existing guidelines. If the brand needs a refresh to work properly on screen, we’ll tell you — but we won’t push work you don’t need.
How long does a typical brand and web project take?
Most run between 6 and 8 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly content comes together at your end. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.
What if we need print materials to match later?
That’s one of the main reasons to have brand and web under one roof. When you come back for exhibition stands, brochures, merch, or anything else, we’ve already got your brand system ready to go. No re-briefing, no guesswork.
Can we update the website ourselves?
Yes. We build on WordPress with a CMS setup that lets you update content, add pages, and manage basics without touching code. We’ll show you how, and we’re always available if you need us to handle something more involved.
